This niche is the best one for those who are life coaches. Or who can provide advice based on their life experiences. This niche has increased due to people selling either online courses or providing personal coaching to their clients.

Love is in the air tonight. This niche is one that is secretly the best. I would go out of my way to say that this is an evergreen niche because love is one of the driving factors for a lot of decisions we make as people. Get into this niche if you can because your audience would listen to you for anything.

Everyone loves to eat, including me. Therefore this niche is always needed, because even if you don’t have an attachment to food, you need food to survive. If you start making interesting one of a kind meals you will attract those people who are trying to learn how to make those meals. Traffic = Money
Real Estate
One of the gateways to growing your wealth is with Real Estate. If you can help your audience grow their wealth you will grow yours as well. Whether it is rental property or buying and selling your home. This Niche is one that is almost guaranteed to grow your audience.
