A good Fried Rice Recipe can become very versatile in your cookbook. In this fried rice recipe, I really threw a lot of things in it. I made Shrimp Fried Rice, with Chicken, and Steak. The key to having a good Fried Rice is having old rice that has been cooked a day or two before, and a very hot skillet.

No Credit for this recipe today. This is something you can make easy peasy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • ¾ cup Peas and Carrots
  • ¾ cup Broccoli
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast diced.
  • ¼ lb Peeled, Deveined, and Tail-Off Shrimp
  • 1 NY Steak Diced
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Stick of Butter

Instructions

  1. Add some olive oil to a skillet over medium heat and put your Shrimp in there to cook for about 5 minutes or until pink on both sides. Set Aside.
  2. Add some more olive to the skillet over medium heat  and add your diced chicken breast. Cook for 5 minutes until the chicken is done. Set Aside
  3. Add your last little bit of olive oil to a skillet over medium heat and put your diced steak in there. Cook just before your preferred doneness. Set Aside.
  4. Add your Butter and Sesame Seed Oil to a skillet over medium heat then add your Rice and frozen vegetables
  5. Let your rice cook for about 5 minutes and stir until all the rice starts turning light brown and your vegetables are cooked.
  6. Add your Soy Sauce and the meat.
  7. Stir until it is blended well.
  8. Enjoy

Rob’s Opinion

I decided to start posting the different dishes and recipes that I cook during the week because one, I’ve been told I’m a pretty good cook. And two, I’m tired of finding recipes only to have to scroll through all of the unnecessary stuff to get to the ingredients and the steps to make the food. Not to mention the mountain of ads that pop up.

The recipes that I post on this blog are all recipes that I have cooked. So I will make sure I let you all in on what I do to the dish to enhance its flavors and truly make it one of a kind. If you enjoyed this dish, be sure to come back next week. Like always, if you have any questions leave a comment down below and I will do my best to answer it.
