Staying true to the Mexican theme, everyone loves a good taco. And when you set up a fantastic spread for family and friends to enjoy, it becomes even better. From the jalapeños to the guacamole, this dinner is sure to please the masses. So, here’s the recipe:

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1lb of Ground Turkey
- 1 Cup of Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Cup of Black Beans
- ½ Cup of Corn
- ½ Cup of Onion, diced
- 1.5 Tsp of Cumin
- 1.5 Tsp of Chili Powder
- 8 Taco Shells
- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 2 Cups of Shredded Cheese
Instructions
- Heat oil in Medium pan over medium high heat
- Add Ground Turkey and Seasonings then cook until done for about 5-10 minutes .
- Put other ingredients in bowls
- Assembly as desired
- Enjoy

I have decided to start posting the different dishes and recipes that I cook each week for two reasons. Firstly, I have been told that I am a good cook, and secondly, I am tired of searching for recipes online, only to have to navigate through excessive content and pop-up ads to get to the ingredients and cooking steps.
