I passed by this recipe a couple of months ago. And the first time I made it I was pleasantly surprised. I hate to say that this was my first time having Stromboli but it will not be the last. I had Ranch on the side to dup, but this really didn’t need anything extra.
This recipe was inspired by dailyepicure on Instagram
Ingredients
- 1 lb of Pizza dough
- 3 Tbsp of Olive oil
- 2 Chicken Breast
- ½ cup of Buffalo Sauce
- 2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ cup of Sharp Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp of Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp of Onion Powder
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 425 F.
- Add Oil to pan on Medium high heat and cook chicken with Seasonings for about 7 minutes.
- Add Sauce to Chicken and stir while still warm.
- Roll the pizza dough out and sprinkle about half of the mozzarella on it.
- Placed cooked chicken on dough and use the rest of the cheese
- Roll the dough backup with chicken on inside and place in oven
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
- Enjoy

I decided to start posting the different dishes and recipes that I cook during the week because one, I’ve been told I’m a pretty good cook. And two, I’m tired of finding recipes only to have to scroll through all of the unnecessary stuff to get to the ingredients and the steps to make the food. Not to mention the mountain of ads that pop up.
The recipes that I post on this blog are all recipes that I have cooked. So I will make sure I let you all in on what I do to the dish to enhance its flavors and truly make it one of a kind.
