If you are ever craving something that will make your mouth water, then these Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Stuffed Pork Tenderloins are for you. I know it is a mouth full to say, but it’s not that complicated to make. This is a recipe I got from a friend a couple of years ago, and I still make it when I get the urge. It’s not healthy so don’t eat it everyday.
Ingredients
- ½ lb Pork Tenderloin
- 16oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Jalapeno Chopped
- Fresh Parsley
- 16oz Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 12oz Bacon
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- Pack of Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400F
- Cut your pork tenderloin into 1 inch by 2 inch slices
- Dice Jalapenos and Parsley
- Cut your bacon in half
- Mix Cream Cheese, Jalapenos, Parsley, and Colby Cheese in bowl
- When Cream Mixture is mixed well, take about a spoonful of it and set it on top of one of the pork slices.
- Take the pork slice with the mixture on top and roll it in a piece of bacon.
- Once the pork is rolled in the bacon, take a toothpick and stick it through everything
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the pork has reached an internal temp of 165F
- Enjoy
Rob’s Opinion
I decided to start posting the different dishes and recipes that I cook during the week because one, I’ve been told I’m a pretty good cook. And two, I’m tired of finding recipes only to have to scroll through all of the unnecessary stuff to get to the ingredients and the steps to make the food. Not to mention the mountain of ads that pop up.
The recipes that I post on this blog are all recipes that I have cooked. So I will make sure I let you all in on what I do to the dish to enhance its flavors and truly make it one of a kind. If you enjoyed this dish, be sure to come back next week. Like always, if you have any questions leave a comment down below and I will do my best to answer it.
