Stock Market
If you can find some way to get an inside scoop on a company, or do enough fundamental analysis. You can buy low and sell high. This is one of the single handed ways to become rich. A lot of millionaires and billionaires get wealthy by investing in the stock market.
Commodities
This is very similar to the stock market, except you are trading things like gold, silver, coal, corn, sugar, and water. If you can track what is going on in the world you could be able to get some good money out of trading commodities.
Cryptocurrencies
Crypto is arguably one of the most volatile markets out there. And there have been a lot of people become millionaires seemingly overnight. Even in a span of the year the rate of return could be in the thousands of percent. Choose the right coin or token and you have yourself a gold mine.
Forex
This is what I personally use for investments. It is a market that never closes, and is recession proof. There are multiple currency pairs you can trade, and with a mix of fundamental and technical analysis you can turn a quick buck.
Wholesaling Real Estate
This has all the upside of selling real estate without actually doing it. You find homes with motivated sellers and you match them with cash buyers. All you do is draw up some paperwork and charge a fee. This fee can be anything, I have seen wholesalers charge over $4000 with less than a week of work.
High Yield Savings Account
This is just a savings account that give you more interest than normal. If you need somewhere to place your money for the time being this is where you want to place it. It is very liquid in these types of accounts.
Short Term Corporate Bonds
When you buy corporate bonds its basically you buying a piece of the company. And they will pay you back in quarterly payments. Your money is tied up with the company for the time being.
Money Market Account
Similar to a savings account but you will need more of an initial investment. They require a minimum account balance in order to open one.
Cash Management Account
When you open up a n investment account with a brokerage firm the will have multiple accounts for you to use. One of them is a Cash Management account. This will allow you to invest in shorter term stocks but still have that liquidity to get the money if you need it.
Short Term US Government Bonds
This is similar to corporate bonds but it is with the federal government. The Us government will buy the bonds back after a certain amount of time, once the bond has matured.
