Shovel Snow

This is a good one if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and breaking a sweat. If you live in areas that don’t snow a lot, you could rake leaves in the fall. Just go around your community and ask your neighbors if you could shovel snow or rake leaves for pay.

Resell Shoes

This could be a great business if you get it off the ground. A Lot of people look down on people who buy expensive shoes, but many people sell those shoes after wearing them a couple of times. Companies only make a certain amount of shoes and the price usually jumps up after a couple of months.

Cut Grass

For this one you will need some tools such as a lawnmower. You will use the same strategy as before with the Shoveling Snow or Raking Leaves. Go around and ask your neighbors if you can cut their grass for a fee. It will really help out if your neighbor’s yard is starting to look wild.

Wash Cars

You can learn to wash cars pretty easily. Start by trying to wash your parents or guardians car first to practice. Once you can give that car a good shine, you should try to wash family members’ cars. If you do a good job people would start coming to you so that you can be the only person to wash their car.

Pet Sitting or Pet Grooming

If you have a pet you know how difficult it is to groom them. But if you like animals and have a knack for getting them clean then this is the one for you. Or if you know someone who has a pet, and they are going on vacation. Tell them that you will watch their pet while they are gone for a fee.

Dog Walking

People are busy and sometimes they are too busy to take their dog on a well deserved walk. So that is where you come in, offer to take their dog on a walk for an hour or two. For a fee of course. Plus you will be able to make bank if you get more than one dog at a time.

Stream Video Game

If you are big in gaming then why not set up some things so you can start streaming. Whether it is twitch, YouTube, or any other streaming site, you can make a lot of money if you start to gain popularity.

Teach a Foreign Language

If you grew up learning more than one language then you can use it to get some money. A Lot of people are trying to learn different languages and you can be the bridge to help them. Tell them you will tutor them for a fee.

Teach English

Likewise, a lot of people are trying to perfect their craft in English. You could sign up for different websites that will pay you to teach people English.

Use Fetch Rewards

This is an app that pays you to do something that you’re already doing. This app lets you scan receipts for things that you buy, you then get points and for those points you can trade it in for gift cards.

Marketplace Flipping

This is going to be your favorite thing to do if you have stuff around the house that you don’t use anymore. Just go to Facebook and list them for a price on the Marketplace. You can even check the prices for people selling the same thing to get an idea of what you should list your things for.

Youth Sports Coach

If you are actively playing a sport for your high school. Then you could start up a youth league at the elementary school. You could take some of your friends that play the sport as well to help you. Or you could assist the middle school teams with their sports and ask for a little pay as well.

Take Online Survey

There are a couple of sites that will pay you to take online surveys. Companies sometimes like to test out surveys before they launch them on a wide scale. They also will pay you to leave a real review and survey sometimes. So check it out.

Advertising on Your Car

If you are of driving age and are lucky enough to have a vehicle. Then you could be making money just by allowing a company to advertise on your car.

Charging Scooters

There are a bunch of different scooter companies out there that will allow people to rent scooters to drive around the city. But the money comes in when these bad boys run out of battery. They will pay you to pick the scooters up and charge them during the night, and also put them out in the morning.

Fiverr Gigs

If you have a skill, or a talent that you can use you should try Fiverr in order to get paid to do a service. Most jobs start at 5 dollars and go up from there. This can be anything from creating customized songs, to pulling data for companies. I suggest going there and browsing to see what all is offered.

Upwork

This is a similar site to Fiverr, but you will usually find more complex or intricate jobs on this site. Anything from Virtual Assistants to teaching music lessons. These jobs and hobbies are at a higher level than Fiverr.

Etsy

This website is mainly for people selling arts and crafts. A Lot of people go to Etsy to connect to small businesses that are not local to them. I personally buy customized things that I cannot find on amazon or other big box brands.

Baby Sitting

This one is pretty self explanatory, if you are good with kids and want to make some extra money. Find some families or couples that need a babysitter. This is one of the easiest ways to earn a check.

House Sitter

This is even easier than babysitting. When families are out of town for an extended period of time they would like people to check up on their house. Water Plants. Dust around. Make sure nothing else is going wrong. Pretty simple right?

Tutoring Middle School Kids

If you think that you are smarter than the average, you can get paid to tutor kids younger than you. Even if you don’t think you are smart enough. If you passed the class you can probably help someone else get passed it. So talk to teachers to ask if you can tutor some of the kids that are struggling.

Food Delivery Driver

If you have a car and need help paying  for gas then you can join the many food delivery apps that are out there. They will pay you to run around and pick up food for people. It’s simple and you don’t really have to interact with a lot of people.

Do Homework for Other Students

If you want to make more lucrative money. You can complete some of the homework or project for other students and charge them to do it. This can be a great job because you can charge whatever you want.

Selling Stock Photos

This money making job is pretty simple. If you have an eye for pictures you can take them with your phone, and sell them to a website that hosts stock photos.

Invest in the Stock Market

Please, Please, Please. Be careful if you choose to take this route. You can make some good money by investing in the stock market. But statistically speaking you will lose a lot more money. It just depends on how you go about it.

Invest in the Forex

The same statement is going to be said about investing in Forex. Although I do invest in Forex, I suggest you get the proper guidance before you step out on faith and bet it all on EUR/USD.

Invest in the Crypto

This is the newest thing out there. And I wouldn’t be right if I didn’t add it to the list. This one is probably the easiest out of the three to get into. But you have to find a coin or a token that you understand before you invest. There are a lot of scammers out there for this one.

Become a Lifeguard

This job here is going to take some skill to get into, but once you get into it you will make good money for a while. There are a lot of pools out there. Find the pools that have lifeguards and ask them how to become one. There are usually tests that you have to pass in order to be considered.

Teach Music

If you are in the band or are musically inclined, you can make some good money teaching music to those younger or those who simply want to learn.

Be a Camp Counselor

During the summer when the kids are out of school most summer camps have to house them. Those camps need people to run them. They often look for high schoolers to hire in order to help run the programs during the day.
